servers. This allows a quick and easy connection between the
representative and remote user anytime, anywhere. |

On Demand Remote Support process is simple to understand and easy to

Step 1: Request
For Remote Support |
Send us a e-mail to support@e-soft.com.my
to request for technical support. After payment have been done, our
software engineer will send you a instruction to download Remote
Support Application Program. |
Step 2: Connect |
The remote user launches the
Remote Support application software & click on technical
support icon, and the system will enters the session code to establish
a connection. |
Step 3: Diagnose
and Resolve |
Our software engineer helps to
diagnose & resolve the remote user’s problems in real
time by using the advance Remote support tool. |
Step 4: Disconnect |
Once the problem has been
resolved, the session can be disconnected. A summary of the support
session detailing the session length, representative number, and
contact information will be sent to the remote user. Once the session
has been disconnected, the representative cannot reconnect with the
remote user’s PC.
